Gunmen Kidnap Two APC Registration Officers

Two registration officers of the All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi State were on Saturday kidnapped by unidentified gunmen. The kidnappers were reportedly said to have contacted the family and demanded N2 million for the victims' release. The victims are Donatus Omenyi and Moses Anyior, they were involved in membership registration for the APC in Ezza North LGA. They were kidnapped from their respective homes at about 2 a.m. One of the victims' wives narrated that over five armed men invaded their home on Saturday and whisked her husband away. [Read More]
