Details have emerged on why Bishop David Oyedepo’s Living Faith Church International, popularly known as Winners Chapel, sacked over 40 pastors. Naija News recalls Peter Godwin, who claimed to be a former pastor of the church, had alleged that he was sacked for failing to make enough money.

The leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, has narrated his ordeal during his incarceration in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS). Speaking on Thursday when he received the Northern Christian clerics in his Abuja residence, El-Zkzaky said he saw hell during his time in DSS detention.
He added that he miraculously recovered from gunshots allegedly fired at him by the military during the December 2015 attack on his residence in Zaria, Kaduna State.
